Bali UN Conference

What: UN Meeting on Climate Change
Where: Convention Center in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia
When: December 3-14, 2007
Who: 10, 000 participants from more than 180 nations. To include World Leaders, United Nations Affiliates and Partners with observers from intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations and the media.
Why: Help Save the Planet

This is the most significant engagement on global climate change since Kyoto that will include sessions of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC and Meetings of the Parties of Kyoto Protocol. A ministerial segment in the second week will conclude the segment. Talk on greenhouse gas emissions and commitments from industrialized nations on reducing emissions and other toxins and pollution will be held. There will be a timetable crafted at the Bali meeting for pacts to replace and update the Kyoto agreement.

Delegates are united in saying that richer nations must lead the fight against Greenhouse gases and that poorer nations need to adopt achievable voluntary targets. Don’t miss this important dialog!

More than 10,000 attendees will be in the Southern Bali region, book early for best accommodations and arrangements. If you are traveling with a group, villa stays may better accommodate your needs.
